The Anglican Parish of Heyfield has two churches, St. James Heyfield in Temple Street and St. Matthews in Tinamba. Regular Sunday worship time is 9.30am at Heyfield and on the first Sunday of the month at 9.30am in Tinamba as well.

Occassional combined services occur and the Church notice-board will note these such as Christmas, Easter, Special Wine & Cheese Blessings, Pet Blessings and Carol Services.

The congregation is small but very active with regular study groups, a monthly lunch group and a monthly market held the first Saturday of every month on Church grounds. We also have an excellent "Twice Blessed" Opportunity Shop in Temple St. open every day except Sunday.

The Church has a regular Mainly Music Program and Playgroup for pre-school children every Wednesday morning at 9.30am during school times. The Church is always ready to conduct baptisms, weddings and funerals in discussion with the Priest In Charge.
