Heyfield Primary School community comprises the obvious people, Students, Principal and Teachers. In reality, is truly a web of community connections with all Staff, Volunteers, School Council, Parents & Friends and Community groups making our school ground fertile soil for knowledge and life experience.

Our staff is committed to providing quality educational opportunities for all students. Our present enrolment is 112 students in Prep through to Year 6, within 6 composite classes. We have small class sizes to allow for more specific and individualised learning.

Our school instructional model “The Sunflower of Learning”, aims to cater for the academic, social and emotional needs for each of our students.

We make a commitment that each child, at Heyfield PS, will be cared for as a whole, with their wellbeing considered as important as their academic growth.
